#12 We take on troubles and afflictions when we seek our own will and not God’s will. If we REPENT, God is able to forgive and shine upon us. (Repentance, Healing and Deliverance Prayer) Psalm 80:3-7, 19.

635 God has long desired an obedient people who would walk in His ways. Do not lust for the abominations of the heathen. We cannot live in sin and think we get by on God. Be thankful to serve the Living God! Ezek. 11:17

634 God never intends His people be taken away from the truth of who He is. Bring your life under God’s control. We must learn self-control and restraint that we can walk in a way pleasing to the Lord. Titus 2

#10 Come to God in neediness and humility and God will meet you. If we want God to answer our prayers, we must come to God in neediness and have no back doors, no way out. (Prayer for the needy) Matt. 9:18-21.

633 The Psalmist faced the reality that many wanted to destroy him. When we’re assaulted with fear we must run into God. The enemy will tell us God has abandoned us.(Prayer of repentance for doubt and unbelief). Psalm 56

#9 God’s people are taught by false shepherds not to look to Him. God pronounces WOE AGAINST FALSE SHEPHERDS. The Lord is the true Shepherd who cares for us. (Healing and Deliverance Prayer). Ezek. 34:1-5.

632 We must remind ourselves of the great strength to be found in our God. “Once saved-always saved” is a myth. Jesus wants to give us dominion power over the enemy. Be thankful you can walk with God. Hebrews 2

#15 God’s people have sold their inheritance for stuff and things: they have FORSAKEN God’s way and have built THEIR OWN WAY. REPENTANCE is the solution. (Repentance, and Deliverance Prayer) Jer. 2:4-13.

630 We must see our utter need of God. We must repent of wicked thoughts that oppose God. If we refuse God’s mercy we will receive His judgments. (Demons of TB, heart disease, fear, weakness, etc. called out) Psalm 90

#14 We must REMEMBER THE LORD’S MERCIES, for we can end in troubles and afflictions when we forget. We can trust in God’s mercies and compassion. (Repentance, Healing and Deliverance Prayer) Lam. 3:19-24

629 Often we go through places where it seems there’s no hope. Call upon God and He will deliver us. When the enemy attacks we must rest in the peace of God. Bring your troubles to the Lord and He will deliver. Psalm 116

#13 Look unto the Lord, for THE LORD IS OUR HELP—look NOT unto the arm of flesh. The Lord is our keeper, and WE MUST CRY OUT TO HIM, even in our troubles. (Healing and Deliverance Prayer) Psalm 121:1-8.
